What you publish

Joining is voluntary. Your display name, optional country, visitor number, and join date appear publicly after any required moderation. A nickname is welcome. Do not submit sensitive or private information.

What stays outside the public record

No email addresses, IP addresses, exact locations, internal database IDs, or browser fingerprints appear in the registry. The application adds no analytics or advertising trackers.

Protecting the registry

Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse. Our hosting and verification providers process technical request information under their own policies. The application uses a keyed hash of the network address for temporary rate limiting. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the visitor database. Rate-limit records expire within an hour. Expired records are deleted on the next submission or by the optional hourly cleanup trigger.

Preferences and owner access

Your theme preference is stored on your device. Owner sign-in is protected by Cloudflare Access. Visitors do not need accounts.

Retention and moderation

Entries remain until the owner removes them. The owner can hide or restore entries. Automated word filtering is limited and can occasionally reject a legitimate name.
